Retail outlets, office buildings, hotels and restaurants are just a few of the types of commercial construction designed.  Project sizes range from a two-room office suite to a 300,000 square feet office complex.

WWR has performed designs for a variety of public and private educational facilities, including kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, community colleges and universities.  

Many types of health care occupancies have been designed at WWR including special procedure facilities, such as MRI suites, heart catheter labs and general surgery suites.  Also, WWR has produced several types of physicians offices.

Religious facilities of various types and sizes have been designed at WWR, including  large sanctuaries, educational facilities, and various types of additions.  Specialty lighting, lighting control, and sound system designs are available.

WWR has been providing designs for electrical power distribution systems since its beginning in 1975.  Past projects have included medium voltage power distribution, electrical substations, and 15KV distribution systems for higher education campuses.

 WWR has worked with the Tennessee State Parks and local communities in designing new and improvements to existing park and recreation facilities. These type projects include new visitor’s centers, recreation centers, RV camping facilities, and marinas.

WWR has vast experience in designing electrical systems for water and wastewater utilities. These facilities range from new and expansions for existing water and wastewater plant facilities to booster stations, lift stations, water storage facilities, and SCADA networks.
